AT A GLANCE

The Student International Pathways Program aims to connect interested South Florida high school students with internship positions at consular offices across the county. We strive to put students a step in the door within the field of international politics and provide opportunities not previously available.

Currently, many consular offices in South Florida hire very few high school-aged interns for available positions. Due to the small margin of students regularly given the opportunity to intern at consular offices, we work with each individual consulate to successfully procure internship positions for high school students seeking a career in diplomacy.

Home: What We Do

The Student International Pathways Program has partnered with various governments to create internship positions for high school students to work for a variety consulates in South Florida.

“On this World Population Day, I call on all with influence to prioritize youth in development plans, strengthen partnerships with youth-led organizations, and involve young people in all decisions that affect them. By empowering today’s youth, we will lay the groundwork for a more sustainable future for generations to come.”
